Today marks our Sweet 16—yes, it’s our 16th anniversary! 🎉 Since the founding of CARF on May 29, 2008, we’ve been on a mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in need. It hasn’t always been easy (let’s be real, it’s been a rollercoaster…), but we’ve made miracles happen with your support.

To our extraordinary volunteers, donors, supporters, fosters and adopters: you are the heart and soul of our mission. Thank you for believing in us and joining us in our passion for saving lives and fostering second chances.

Though we wish every pup had a loving home from day one, the harsh reality is that many still rely on us.
