Last weekend, we received a call about a very skinny and weak dog. Fortunately, one of our trusted and dedicated volunteers rushed over immediately.
The person who called us also joined to indicate the exact spot he had seen him and assisted in securing him. His “collar” was a green shoe lace and the chain used to tie him up to die seemed brand new. This, for local standards very large boy, is super sweet and is currently being treated for several issues.

We named him Rico and he will be simply stunning once he’s fully healed. Please, please help us cover his medical expenses and share him so we can find him a loving foster (or adoption) home where he can recover from this nightmare.

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
