Meet Summer. She is only one year old and was rescued several weeks ago. Through no fault of her own, Summer has endured a tough life. While we’ll never know exactly what happened to her, we know that all that’s in her past now, and we’ll do our best to find her the perfect home!

In September 2020, we rescued Kelly. She was found on one of the local beaches, together with her mom Pebbles and surrogate father Joop. We can’t believe it’s been a year already!

Fibi is not the only puppy we took under our care this week. One of our long-term volunteers was able to secure these three little babies. She spotted them out on a busy main street and took action. There was no momma dog in sight or any other dogs around for that matter. Read more »
Today, we want to introduce you to Bronco―one of our latest rescues. Our volunteers first spotted Bronco a while back but he wasn’t going to let us catch him easily. Well, you know what they say, three times the charm. At our third attempt, we were able to catch him and bring him to see the vet.
They say “patience is a virtue” and “good things come to those who wait.” Well, our sweet girl Kanela has been waiting for someone to adopt her for years, and we thought we would give it another try. Maybe she will get lucky to finally find her forever family…?
The name Popeye is somehow both cute and tough-sounding, and that is exactly how we would describe our Popeye! Popeye is a tough cookie, with a heart of gold. He was rescued when he was just a little puppy. Together with his brother Brutus and his sister Olive (Olijfje), we got him off the streets and into our care. Read more »
